A fortnightly visit usually has more buildup to find and collect, so it takes longer than a weekly visit. It is still a lower total commitment than paying for two weekly visits.

No. Dogs must be securely inside or otherwise completely separated from the agreed service area before access is provided.
The service will not proceed where access is unsafe. The first failed-access attendance may be charged at 50% of the normal visit price, with later occurrences charged at the full visit price.
Light rain can usually be serviced safely. Lightning, flooding, severe storms, extreme heat or unsafe ground conditions may cause postponement.
Yes. There is no lock-in contract. Give notice before 5:00 pm on the day before service to avoid a late cancellation or attendance fee.
Tell us within 24 hours with the location or a photo. If ordinary waste was missed in an agreed, safely accessible area, Scoopi Poo will review it and return where appropriate at no additional charge.
