Information collected

We may collect your name, contact details, service address, dog and yard information, access instructions, gate photographs, service photographs, payment-status information and messages relating to your service.

Why it is collected

Information is used to assess and quote work, schedule and perform services, communicate with customers, process authorised payments, manage safety, investigate incidents and meet record-keeping obligations.

Access information

Gate codes and access instructions should be stored securely and limited to what is necessary to perform the service. Customers should not provide house alarm codes or unnecessary personal information.

Photographs

Operational photographs may document gate closure, hazards, service completion or an incident. Identifying images will not be used for marketing without separate permission.

Website form

The current website prepares an email in the visitor's own email application. It does not independently store form submissions on a website server. This must be updated if a hosted form, CRM, analytics platform or online payment system is added.

Disclosure

Information may be provided to service providers reasonably required to operate the business, such as payment, accounting, insurance or technology providers, subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
